Overview

A terrorist kidnaps three innocent women and then contacts the government with his demands: free his comrade Lopatin or the women will die one by one! Will the government give in to his demands or will the women die horrible deaths? And what part will FBI agent Saunders who originally captured Lopatin play in all this?
